Some of the Bulldog 'E' eight met some of the Quintin crew after the race.

Left to right: Magruder Dent (6, Bulldog), Roger Hine (2, QBC), Richard Lonergan (stroke, QBC), Dave Potter (stroke, Bulldog), Steve Aquilina (4, QBC), Andrew Bramah (3, QBC), Fred Jefferies (7, QBC), Debbie Bregenzer (cox, QBC). The Bulldog crew contained five of the Yale 1979 Ladies' Plate winning crew and three of their 1979 Grand crew.
